The URBAN MINISTRY CENTER Community Garden in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a garden where our homeless neighbors enjoy a place to grow. Don Boekelheide is the garden program director. He's a returned Peace Corps agriculture volunteer, Cal Poly graduate, and correspondent for Organic Gardening Magazine. He teaches organic gardening at Central Piedmont Community College
